arthur231283 Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 We have exchange 2003 and outlook 2007. I have a teacher with a strange problem, all new e-mail that he receives goes directly to his Deleted Items folder. He has not setup any rules for this to happen so I'm not sure were else to look to solve the problem. Is there any where else I can look?
SneakyBeaky Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Incoming Emails go to Deleted Items Folder in Outlook 2
zag Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Might also be a mailbox corruption, usually in these cases I archive their emails, delete the mail account in exchange system manager and re-create. Move the archived mails back.
mdrabble Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Have you checked to see if they have set any message rules up, I had a user who tried to set a rule up once and managed to send all incoming emails to the deleted items.
chrisbrown Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Awesome. First thing to test - close all instances of Outlook and try with OWA
