ClickView chapterisation problem

Hello everybody

I have a problem with the Clickview DVR (library manager 1.7.4) running on Windows XP SP3.

After recording a video in through the DVR, choosing the auto chapter option (set to 5 minute chapters) and then adding to the library, I find that the chapters overlap by 30 seconds!

So what happens is you play the video (through player), it gets to the end of the chapter, loads the next chapter but the video for that chapter start 30 seconds before it should so the chapters look like this:

Chapter 1: 0.00 - 5.00

Chapter 2: 4.30 - 9.30

Chapter 3: 9.00 - 14.00

Chapter 4: 13.30 - 18.30

and so on...

Can you see where the chapters go back 30 seconds each time?

Everything seems okay according to the time display but it clearly is not!

When I use 10 minute chapters, the overlap is 60 seconds per chapter.

Have any ClickView users come across this before?

I'm using Windows XPSP3 with a HVR1700 TV card.

Hmm... works alright on Windows 7.
