Best place for a SIMS work-a-rounds blog?

Just been having a wee ponder about this...

 

I've never even considered starting a blog before, as I don't think I've got anything interesting to write about! However, over the past 18 months (12 months on these forums) I've found quite a lot of SIMS work-a-rounds to make life easier, and seem to be finding new ones all the time, either from chats with members here or just plain tinkering.

 

I always post about these methods, but the problem with that is that posts can easily be missed by people who might find them most useful, which got me to thinking about starting a blog, just as a way of keeping a kind of constant archive of methods I've found useful, both for my own reference and for anybody else who may need them.

 

As I've never blogged before, I figured that I'd just use EduGeek's blogging service, but is this the best place for it do you think? I can't think of a better place myself, but then as I've said, I've never blogged before.

 

Thoughts? Ideas? Criticism?
