[ms office - 2007] Forcing a custom normal.dotm for all users on a server 2003 network

I need to force all users' normal.dotm doc to be "arial size 12" instead of the new calibri.

 

all that ive been able to find so far is that i would have to replace each normal.dotm locally.

 

is there a way of redirecting to a central location or of changing the font and size pre install

Do you have any Server2008 Domain Controllers? you could use Group policy preferences to force the custom file out to their local profile location!
