Exchange 2007 - Swearword Filter... HOW DO YOU DO IT????

Hi all,

 

I am desperately trying to set-up a more comprehensive swear-word filter on our network for internal emails between students and wondered how others go about this.

 

At first I thought this would be a simple case of setting up a transport rule but I can't seem to get it to pick up exact words. For example when I block a particular word 'Charles Dickens' would also be blocked. I have tried the following all with no success:

 

word - word is blocked but so is anything containing the word

"word" - word is not blocked

^word$ - word is not blocked

 

If anyone has successfully set-up a filter I would really appreciate some advice.
