No instruction device manager after switching user in windows 7

Does anyone have this issue. If a teacher switches user on a IWB machine the einstruction device manager does not work!

 

Anyone got any suggestions other than disabling switch user. I'm doing that until I can resolve the issue!

I kow this hapens on Promethean boards but hadn't yet encountered it with eInstruction. What version are you running?

i assume youre using fast user switching. Smart boards do this as well. Try unplugging the usb lead and replugging it but i suspect its locked to the 1st user who loads the tools to control it. It might also be possible ti do a net stop whatever net start whatever to get it to the current user

Its 8.81, but I have tried the latest 8.84 and it makes no difference.

 

These's nothing on their website about it, would have thought more schools would experience it!
