Smartboard 10 / CC3 network

Hope everyone is ok and getting back to normal.

 

I am looking at pushing out the latest version of Smartboard across our network. I run a CC3 network and was wondering if anyone has created a successful Smartboard 10 package?

 

I created a Smartboard 7 package years ago and it was 100 meg and took me ages to create. The new one is 299meg plus all the added bits teachers want.

Sure here are my notes:

 

+installed 'install manager' on server

 

+used app wiz to add drivers .msi to packge area

+used install manager to alter driver settings (disable update) and create config .xml file (so can make alterations in future) then to publish transform to package folder.

+added transform line to drivers .ini to point it to drivers .mst

 

+used app wiz to add notebook .msi to pacakge area

+used install manager to alter notebook settings (disable update again and put in path to gallery*) and create config .xml file (so can make alterations in future) then to publish transform to package folder.

+added transform line to notebook .ini to point it to notebook .mst

+allocated to station to test

 

The install manager is available from the Smart website.
