Open Source Class Room Managment

Hi Guys,

 

At school we use LanSchool but its becomming expensive to use as our ICT facilities are growing and growing. Does anyone know any open source class room mangagment/control software? It ideally will be able to block internet but not essential at this stage. I've tired, iTalc but I don't think it had the internet blocking feature.

Not free - but have a look at AB Tutor - its a lovely bit of software - and you only pay for the control stations - not the clients

iTalc is free but i've never used it but should do what you want. But i can say abtutor is a fantastic product definately worth the investment.

Hi, Thanks for the reply... Yeah I have looked into AB tutor - seems very good. Even though we want open source, with AB we would still save loads.

iTalc - Supposed to be good, not tried it for a while...
