Network Rebuild

Hey,

 

I'm just about to rebuild the schools networks with a new server (Windows Server 2008 R2 (from scratch)) and retire our old IBM servers(windows server 2003).

 

I just wanted some ideas on features and security.

 

If you was rebuilding your network, how would you do it? What software and features would you use? How would you setup the profiles? Would you use folder redirect? etc..
