How to replace cable of Toshiba Power Supply Unit (PSU) part no: PA3378E-3AC3 ?

Hi, The PSU to 'puter cable has frayed and broken where it joins the PSU. I can't see any screws holding it together so assume it must be a snap-on join - but I can't find an easy, or at least obvious, way to get the thing apart.

I doubt it's snap together more like ultrasonically welded.

Ebay seller in Hong Kong wants c. £25 +pp, elsewhere prices range from £65 to £175. But then why even £15 for something that only needs to be rewired.
