Does anyone have a database of Hampshire/ Portsmouth schools

...for a colleague that has been writing them out manually for some time! I will be creating this myself if no one has one - can't bear to see people doing things the long way!

Could you not get it from you LEA, or their website? I am sure that ours has this sort of capability.

OK if that does not work you could also try a Google search along the lines of:

 

Search term: database of "Hampshire/Portsmouth" schools

 

Limiting the search results to the UK [and including English pages only] gives 187 hits. One of these could do it, or you could refine the search further. HTH.

What about this? The list is copy-and-pastable in CSV format.

Use http://www.edubase.gov.uk/EstablishmentFind.aspx

 

You can then export the whole LA as a csv.

I was a bit lost as to where I should start looking! She needed a database or spreadsheet to do mailmerges from - so a csv online was perfect.

 

I've made a list of Portsmouth only and she's sorted it - getting rid of the obscure nurseries and primary that we don't tend to deal with. Should be very labour-saving anyway.
