Server Manager not showing roles or features

Server 2008 R2 64 bit - master domain controller

After running microsoft updates server manager doesnt show any roles or features and shows an error.

"Unexpected error refreshing server manager: exception from HRESULt:0x800f0818"

 

We have ran the microsoft system update readiness tool and it provides us this log

Following this log we have removied these files and downloaded the update again and extracted the files but still no joy. I can just uninstall the updaet as i get an error saying " an error has occured. Not all of the updates were successfully installed."

 

Happy to proivde more informaion if ive missed anything out.

We have all ready tried this it the problem still exists.
