[ms office - 2010] Outlook 2010

At one of the primary schools I support the e-mail settings are picking up countys e-mail server, where as we now have an internal exchange.

 

How do I go about getting outlook to pick up the new server settings automatically without having to go around every user? is it in a group policy somewhere?

This will do the trick. For a school its free to use.

You just use the .exe with a batchfile on login and it will configure outlook for you

It's better to get autodiscover working, any changes will then automatically update to the client and will also work with stuff where you cannot run a login script, such as Mac clients and activesync to mobiles.
