neilmc Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 At one of the primary schools I support the e-mail settings are picking up countys e-mail server, where as we now have an internal exchange. How do I go about getting outlook to pick up the new server settings automatically without having to go around every user? is it in a group policy somewhere? Using outlook 2010 and exchange 2003
FN-GM Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 This will do the trick. For a school its free to use. RichProfile You just use the .exe with a batchfile on login and it will configure outlook for you
teejay Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 (edited) If your exhange server is 2007 or 2010 then you need to enable the autodiscover service, see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb201695.aspx Edited November 1, 2010 by teejay
