Securus & IE Crashing

Hi,

 

Has anybody had problems with securus and IE crashing. As soons as we took the client off IE behaves fine but when its installed it causes random crashes in Internet Explorer. We have upgrade to IE8 but it still does it with this as well

 

Hope somebody has some ideas as it doesnt seem to happen on al machines ???

We had (not had) securus and found that it did similar things to the client machines, we had to switch off the securus thing to sort the issue out. Are you on the latest ofering, eveytime I reported a fault, suprise suprise a new update was issued to me.

Also there are version's of securus that they don't release on the website - as ours is currently a new version then advertised due to a problem like this. We had the Same problem but with Explorer windows rather then IE but they probly have a fix and will give you an update

Which version of Securus are you using, out of interest?

 

I'm finding that it's not the client that's crashing but IE when viewing the console on an NG box.
