AshF Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 AOL considers us (the college) 'blacklisted' for spam. We've attempted to communicate with them on this issue on a number of occasions and usually end up being diverted to the same help page over and over. Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem with AOL?
webman Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 What error number are your returned emails coming back with? We used to have this problem until we got reverse DNS set up for our outgoing mail IP address.
