I have a lab in the system generating an error whenever a user searches for clipart, especially in Word. It seems if the clipart is cached then there is no error, but if the user is waiting for clips to come in from the Internet and scrolls then Word quits with an error. The error references mso.dll as the file.

I have two sets of computers in this school using the same administrative install of Office. The older set of computers is able to gather clipart but the newer machines do not. For various reasons I am using Office XP / FrontPage (SP3) and Publisher 2003 (SP2).

All the computers are on a domain with Group Policies enforcing computer and user settings.

I have tried to office update and windows update as recommended by the error report. I have tried an updated network driver as recommended by the computer manufacturer.

I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
