Setting up Mobility with WGM

Hello, i am looking at setting up WGM to allow a series of teachers to allow synching of their laptops.

 

I set up mobility to create a new Mobile Account at Login and to check i ask it require confirmation, which it does so i know the preferences are working, however nothing syncs.

 

With the "create mobile account...." unticked i get the network user space with it ticked i am getting a local userspace, but the two dont connect.

 

If i go to the toolbar and try to manually sync this fails as well. Not sure what else i need to set to allow the syncing to work, so any suggestions would be a great help.
