Printing Minefield

Trying to get a decent bulk colour printer for our arts/admin area

 

Estimate of use 2500 colour + 2900 b/w per month

 

Quote 1 - a 5 yr lease £400 per month inclusive of prints for a Ricoh 820DN

 

Quote 2 - Pay only for toners at £600 per set with a min of 2 sets per year for a kyocera taskalpha 300 with a colour set doing 12,000 copies and a black 20,000

 

Am I missing something?

 

What do I have to watch in these deals?

 

Some of these printing/copier companies seem a bit sharp???
