[ms office - 2003] Show standard and formatting toolbars on two rows

Is it possible to enforce the "show standard and formatting toolbars on two rows" customisation to all users that log onto a computer. I have customised the normal.dot file which is the default blank profile but i cant do this for all users, i can only do it for individual profiles once they have logged in and created the template folder.

 

Any idea much appreciated.

I know its late, but I discovered this thread while investigating this myself. I found no answers other than OPS files which you need to add to the MST when you deploy. However I've played myself and found the following registry key holds this information. So set it the way you want then export the key.

 

 

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Data] This is for Word 2003.
