Edu-IT Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 Which version of Securus? The system should automatically do database maintenance. There's no way to remove data from the box. It's a tamper proof solution.

rad Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 we ditched the thing after using it for a few years as all you ended up doing was trawling through rubbish. The new software launched at BETT this year was great looking, although I said, can I delete all the green things in one go. No was the reply, to which I walked away.

Guest coquet636 Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 You need to get a signed letter from your headmaster and fax it to them. They will then show you how to wipe it clean.
