New style Google image search

Were having a problem with the new google image search at the moment, if smoothwall detects a banned phrase in one of the image urls it blocks the entire page rather then just the image, and as the new search loads so many pictures it greatly increases the chance of it finding a banned phrase. Is there a workround for this? or a way to force sout=1 on the end of the search to force the old style image search?
