tommccann Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 iv tried contacting them but after an hour on the phone and 4 hours waiting for a call back, i thought id would ask the ever reliable. Ranger outpost has been installed and works fine, it will login and run. then sometimes it says cannot find host or no such host exists. sure enough if you leave it for 10 - 15mins and try again it will connect!! its doing my head in, when on the server it will always log in but remotly on a network pc it has this issue. i think its something to do with the service on the server but i have no clue on fixing it, any ideas??
tommccann Posted September 14, 2010 Author Posted September 14, 2010 can anyone help with this? i need to confirm the servers external ip so how do you find it as i do not 100% trust whatsmyip.com also anyone that has cleo managing there switches no what port i should use as they all seem to be blocked!?
