A stupid one, but a solution nonetheless. ...I dunno about that...having queued for ages to get out of London on Wednesday a tank would have made the journey much faster...and much more fun too...

Cue Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 I may just note, some of you are suggesting the use of the reset type input button, but this will not clear the fields, which is specifically what he was asking for, it will set it to the value that is present when the page loads, and he noted that he's echo'ing data into the textarea server-side, so all a reset button would do is revert any edits since the page was loaded, not clear them completely. Forms : Reset Button - HTML Tutorial When a visitor clicks a reset button, the entries are reset to the default values.
