I may just note, some of you are suggesting the use of the reset type input button, but this will not clear the fields, which is specifically what he was asking for, it will set it to the value that is present when the page loads, and he noted that he's echo'ing data into the textarea server-side, so all a reset button would do is revert any edits since the page was loaded, not clear them completely.
