Does anyone have any simple notes that they can share here that would help schools export exam results and teaching group information from RM Integris?

Before I reply, are you talking about the old Integris (client based) or the new Integris G2/S2 (web based)

Ideally I should ask the school that made the request, but I suspect they are using the latest version - presumably web-based.

Basically they need a standard list of pupils and their results in a spreadsheet, and another table with one row per exam entry containing each exam each pupil took and the teaching group reference.

Hi Mike

I don't have any notes, but I can point you in the right direction

These are for the G2 version. If you need the older Integris version, I would have to did out a copy of the software to take a look

Report 1

1. Reports

2. Exam Administration

3. Exports

4. Grid CSV Export

5. Select the 'Season(s)'

6. Select the 'pupils'

7. Report by 'Option'

8. Generate Report

This produces a CSV file (can be read in Excel) with the names down the left and the options across the top, and all the results in the middle

Report 2

1. Reports

2. Exam Administration

3. Entries by Option or Entries by Candidate

4. Report Format 'Interactive'

5. 'tick' the Include Teaching Set on box

6. Select the specific date of the Teaching Set

7. Select the Season(s)

8. Select the Pupils

9. Generate Report

10. Click the Excel button on the top toolbar to export

Depending on whether you selected by Option or by Candidate, you will get a list ordered by Option with all the pupils that took that Exam with their Teaching Set, or a list ordered by Candidate with all the Options that they took with their Teaching Set, Board, Series, Exam Type, Subject

I hope I haven't missed out a step
