Hi,

I am trying to print out the Address Labels - Parents report (Avery L7163 labels 7 down and 2 accross) but it does not come out in the right column for the labels.

Print outs are coming out incorrect, what I mean is it does not fit inside the columns.

Its not in an order

Any advice Please

I hate to state the obvious, but you are using actual Avery L7163 labels aren't you?

Not a "very similar" set of 7x2 labels.

Check to make sure your printer queue is in a4 mode and not letter as this can cause this.

I normally have to walk people through this sort of thing ref

* Page setup settings ( page orientation, paper size and which trays ( first and other trays ) are selected.

* Printer driver settings both in printing preferences and printing defaults to ensure they match up

* printer properties on paper size settings tab ( last tab ) sometimes there

* Settings on the printer itself to ensure the printer is set to the correct paper size(s) for the input trays whether bypass or normal paper trays, normally you can set this either through the web interface or on the device itself.

Also if this is in word then you should be able to adjust the margins manually - I would only do this on a backup copy of the original document in case it goes wrong.
