Problem finding drivers for ghost Dell Vostro 3500 laptop

Having difficulty finding packet/NDIS driver to ghost a set of Dell Vostro 3500 laptops.

 

Anyone been able to do this?

 

Looking at device manager the network card is a Realtek PCIe gigabit ethernet and the dell site says it's an RTL8111DL

 

Have tried a universal ghost driver (which was fine on Vostro 1520 laptops) but didn't work
