faza Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 Hi, I have just installed SharePoint Server 2010, i am in the midst of configuring it all. One little question how do you setup a new heading on the quick launch toolbar without putting a web addresses in as i dont want the headings to have any links only the navigation links. You dont have to put a web address with SharePoint server 2007??? Faza
LPPLUS_Support Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Hi It's the same as 2007, you give the new heading a name and leave the URL blank, this will create a new heading on the quick launch without a link. regards San LP+ Limited
faza Posted August 21, 2010 Author Posted August 21, 2010 I have tried that but when you click OK it says enter web address you have to enter a web address to continue.
LPPLUS_Support Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Hi faza in the url type the charcter # this should work (remove the http://) regards San LP+ Limited
faza Posted August 31, 2010 Author Posted August 31, 2010 When i just put a # it goes to http://sharepointsite/#
