knightnets Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 Is anyone having the same problem this morning, Importing Edexcel AS and A2 results for Maths from Edexcel it is coming up with a E6 error in SIMS, this seems to be an unknown mark. Does anyone know how to fix this problem, as edexcel seems to be a bit busy at the present moment. Cheers

Nobody has logged this on SupportNet Forums yet!
Sivadam Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 Also try refreshing the basedata and then re-trying the import!
AyatollahPies Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 No, but a school have called up saying there is an issue with the data from AQA.
jcollings Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 We had a minor problem with AQA (I think) whereby the results file was named the same as the January one so it wouldn't download. Removed the Jan one and it worked fine after that.
Stuart_C Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 We had a random error where is said it didn't have permissions to write to the DB and a failure to import 1 grade for 1 student. Which was odd as I had previously imported two files.... Second time round (had to correct some other errors, Damn you pupils moving schools and your ULN's!!!!) it worked fine and imported. We also had some unknown marks due to student's getting an "x". THough we think they may have failed to hand in some assignments.
