The offices where I'm working have expanded recently. As a result their lone SBS 2003 server is struggling to do all that's asked of it. The easiest way to resolve this is to move the file and print (SAGE ACT in particular is battering the disks) off the machine so it can concentrate on Exchange/AD/DNS/DHCP.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

So less than 50 users, but how many exactly? How much space? How much room to grow? Is SAS affordable/useful or would SATA be fine? What's their budget?

For SAS/SCSI, I'd be looking at a ML350 G6 tower from HP or similar.

Yeah, there's around 20 people here (the company is hiring however, maybe around 10 more). They are all fairly heavy users. Especially the Graphics section. We've also got a lot of remote access going on via VPN/WiFi to mobile devices such as blackberries and iphones.

I will have a look at the ML350 G6.
