XMA support email

Don't suppose anyone has an email (or phone number that isn't the main switchboard) for this bunch?

 

They put in a network solution in one of my schools that is playing up and I'm pretty sure should be under warranty, but I can't get on site to find the number and the net hasn't shown anything helpful.

 

I'd rather deal with them electronically to keep a trail of the conversation - they were "getting back to me" a couple of days before the holiday and a mail to education@ seems to have been ignored.
