Exchange 2007 Logins

I'm currently struggling with exchange 2007 we're moving away from our old Linux email system over the next few weeks, as you can see from another post I'm having difficulty copying the mailboxes over however I think one of the reasons this may be the case has just reared its ugly head. I can login to the OWA connection and use Exchange that way however when I try and setup thunderbird it brings up an error see here now I don't want to use SSL or TLS for the connection at present so if there a way of sorting this problem out?

"Disabled Login" would make me check if IMAP is turned on. (iirc Thunderbird needs POP3 or IMAP to talk to Exchange).

Imap and Pop is on but I've just found out that login method was set to secure and not plain text so of course the SSL TLS would be required for that to work correctly.
