We are running sims in our school ....... but the problem is we keep on getting this reason 0 does anyone know what it mean please we are kind of confussed now :mad:

 

One assumes you had checked KB72254 from SupportNet before posting to this thread??

This is how I have managed to fix a reason 0 error before.

 

Reason 0 Fix

 

Take a backup using SQL Sesrver management Studio

 

Paste the following into the query windows and then click execute

 

use sims

go

exec sims.db_p_install

exec sims.db_p_grant

SBS - Small business server?!? As in, not supported and has exchange? You have Exchange and SIMS (SQL) running on the same box??
