I have a Kyocera FS-C5025N that has lost it IP address and has its menus locked.

Ive looked in the other FS-C5025N threads with no luck.

Kyocera quick setup will not find the printer.

Fitted a network card from a FS1120D. This finds an IP address but we cant access the web interface through it.

So how can I reset the IP address and menu locks on this printer as I am locked out.

Is it on the network?

Do you have the printers' MAC address?

If the answers are 'yes' and 'yes' you could try putting a reservation for the printer in DHCP specifying your desired IP for the printer and restart it.

Problem solved?
