Text size in Report Assist 2009

Still using Report Assist 2009 at school and we have a problem with one teachers reports (all the others are fine). When printed her reports show large text and looks like its double spaced ending up with a report nearly 15 pages long for each child. Anyone come across this before nad know how to fix it. Can't find anything in the help file.

Are they using the same printer, it not then it could be a printer driver issue. This happens a lot with HP printers (they have a lot of legacy code as their biggest clients request it - this can sometimes lead to it incorrectly 'thinking' data should be patched when it shouldn't - this leads to the problems you are describing), if it's a HP printer then try printing to a pdf print driver then from that to the actual printer - this might sort it.

Thats from a while back! As ReportAssist is no more all my schools that did use it have now decided it caused too much work and made reports too long so tbey now just use word, all now happy.
