How to sysprep - Dummys guide required!

Was there a WIKI on how to sysprep or did I dream it, anyway can't find it, so can anyone give me pointers as to the best way to sysprep a PC for imaging and give me an example of the sysprep inf file that has been modified.

 

As sysprep makes the PC allow the image to be loaded on to different hardware, does anyone use the 'driver packs' so that correct drivers are loaded for multiple hardware configs etc, if so how do you do that and what would I need to modify in the inf file?

You can use something like the stuff at News | DriverPacks.net and integrate all the drivers into your source.

You can also download the sysprep driver scanner by the same guy which means you don't have to set up drivers in the sysprep.inf file.

Its XP at the moment, but slight delay on matters as my Ubuntu FOG machince seems to have gone loopy, was OK till I allowed Ubuntu to upgrade itself to the latest version.
