Handy how all those parked cars have ramps behind them to allow other cars to jump them. Maybe that's the local solution to parking violations - you're allowed to block the road so long as you provide a ramp for people to jump over you?

My favourite is when he RIPS the exhaust off a car, throws it at a 4x4 and it magically flips into the air
