AMX Digital Signage - Streaming Issue

Hi There i am new here. We have a problem in our school at the moment. We are running digital signage system called AMX inspired xpress. We can setup everything ok but we are having a problem with streaming live tv through them and the updates are failing. I think it might be a proxy problem or authentication however im am at a loss.

 

We have a sophos box also which is always causing problems.
