Sivadam Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Have you downloaded Version 6.0M (the latest version)?
imiddleton25 Posted June 18, 2010 Author Posted June 18, 2010 yes we have , been working with schoolcomms technical support for over a week now , just wondering if others were having same problem.
Sivadam Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 We have not had the problem here and we update Microsoft regularly.
vikpaw Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 No issues here, except once last week i couldn't log in due to internet issues. Have you checked the connection settings? i presume you would have. Mine is set to 'use computer's default', but it can be specific. does the user and computer with the issue have internet access? might be worth trying another computer, with an admin account. also, use the web interface as a back up, as that should bypass the actual desktop application, assuming you have internet access. the only limitation is you don't have management access so can't do imports etc.
Sylv3r Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 No issues here - are you behind a firewall etc such as smoothwall? We had to tweak a couple of things within the proxy settings for it to work through our smoothwall box originally.
imiddleton25 Posted June 19, 2010 Author Posted June 19, 2010 yes behing a firewall, can you remember what you had to tweak?
vikpaw Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 but i thought you'd used it problem free for 3 months..? has something changed on your firewall?
