Hidden boot menu to launch ghost virtual floppy???? - like RMR

Does anyone know how RM have created their RMR launcher (i.e. the one that allows you to boot into RM Restore if you press both shift keys at a certain point during startup)

 

I would love to be able to do this to launch ghost.

You could do a PXE server for your ghost disc, but your mtoherboards would need to support PXE/Network Booting.

Thanks for that, I'll look into it. I am curious, however, as to how the big companies make recovery partitions. Any ideas anyone?

I've seen that mentioned a lot. Thought it might be possible to first create a small fat32 partition and install some type of dos - free dos, pc dos. The create a second partition for Windows, then a third partition for images. Maybe the could use a bootloader to select whether to boot to ghost (via dos part.) or to windows.
