john Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 Just seen this on frontpage by DB What sort of odds can we get on this happening? Simon William Hill ain't offering odds on it yet But if its like BETT surely the odds on getting it working are very high? The show after all is the US equivalent of BETT thus surely it will work unlike the Conference.....

SimpleSi Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 You need to be betting on England to lose/draw - that way you won't be disspointed either way Simon

featured_spectre Posted April 9, 2014 Author Posted April 9, 2014 Thread necromancy in anticipation for the next world cup...who wants to me to be doing the tips again?
laserblazer Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 What odds for Germany to beat England on penalties in the quarter finals?
featured_spectre Posted April 9, 2014 Author Posted April 9, 2014 A massive IF they got there...but think it ranges at about 700/1. No betting shop is willing to entertain good odds on England winning their group, never mind second
LosOjos Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 A massive IF they got there...but think it ranges at about 700/1. No betting shop is willing to entertain good odds on England winning their group, never mind second I managed some good timing last World Cup, got 10/1 on Germany to beat England - no more complex than that! Think the bookies had just got caught up in the excitement. Had to suppress my joy in the pub when Germany scored the winning penalty, knowing I had just made £100...
featured_spectre Posted April 9, 2014 Author Posted April 9, 2014 This year, because of the lack of good younger players (and abundance of aging ones), its highly unlikely England will leave their group.
