Laptops for 2-3 trolleys - what have you bought recently and liked?

We historically use Lenovo, have 2.5 trolleys of R60s and you can club an elephant to death with them - they're robust and I like them.

 

But recent (SL* onwards) Lenovo offerings (in the student laptop price bracket) trouble me on the robustness side of things - I think you'd be lucky to crush a chihuahua without incurring damage. I've looked at the Edge series, but waiting on feedback.

 

So I'm looking around to see what else there is for a possible 2-3 more trolleys. Cost is a factor, but I'm more concerned about useful laptop lifespan and fitness for purpose than initial cost savings.

 

Assuming I'm buying from the business lines, I'm pretty manufacturer agnostic, but the benefits of a shared-parts pool across different models has been very handy.
