RM CC3 to RM CC4

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has upgraded a DC from CC3 to 4 then had problems with Facility SMS... We are finding that the SMS in Facility requires authentication now but never did before. If you use the string in a web browser there isn't a problem.

Nothing else on the network has changed so I'm wondering if there is a new policy, can anyone shed some light on this or am I going down the wrong route?

Hi Tim,

We have sorted out the authentication, Facility has all the settings but the RM Smart Cache box didn't receive them correctly. We have since added the SMS site to the exception list for the Smart Cache and Facility can send the SMS messages. I don't think changing the DC has anything to do with this problem. Waiting for RM to contact me to find out why this might have happening though
