Hmm, just installed VMware vSphere Client and Host Update Utility

11/19/09 | 4.0 Update 1 | 112 MB | Binary (.exe)

and it worked

If you have vmware update 1 already installed then you don't need to worry about this. Those of you that don't, why not?!
