I've looked and searched, but I really need to find out (and fast!) how to print out the slides + notes in Powepoint 2010. I just can't find the options anywhere! Edited by Dos_Box

When I go to print in Powerpoint 2010, there is a dropdown which states 'Full Page Slides'. Clicking on this, there is an option 'Notes Pages'.

Doesnt the 'Print What' Notes pages give you the notes and the pictures? (although it doesnt tell you so)

This from microsoft:

'From PowerPoint, you can print notes in Speaker Notes format, that is, each printed notes page includes a copy of the slide it refers to with the associated notes printed under the slide.

Print notes along with slide thumbnails

Open the presentation that has the notes pages you want to print.

On the File menu, click Print Preview.

On the Print Preview toolbar, in the Print What box, click Notes Pages.

To specify the page orientation, on the Print Preview toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.), click Portrait or Landscape .

To set headers and footers, on the Print Preview toolbar, click Options, and then click Header and Footer .

On the Print Preview toolbar, click Print . '
