Slow Backup Speeds Using DL2000 with Backup Exec 12.5

Hi, not sure if this is the best forum to post in but I have to start somewhere.

 

I am currently running Backup exec 12.5 on a DL2000 (Server 2008). The current setup is attached (this is how the solution was setup by Dell when installed). Backups from both the physical servers and VM boxes, to disk, run very, very slowly (75MB/Min). I have checked the switches and pinged between servers and everything appears to be ok. Also backups from the disk array to tape run at a sensible speed and complete in no time.

 

I'm not sure if there is a problem in the way I have the settings in backup exec (also set up by Dell) or if there is some sort of underlying network issue I just can't see. Any help would be appreciated.
