Chaps

We currently use the following mix of Sanyo projectors:

SE15, SE20, XU-41, XW200, XE40, XE31, XE32

Is there a single remote that will allow me to simply power them on and off?

So far I have managed to find 2 remotes that will do all of them.

Thanks for any help.

I have started installing the Vision Techconnect control boxes for this, it's screwed to the wall so can't get lost.

Does require a remote to progam it initially though.

There is also a system called Pixie too, which allows you to change source, on/off and adjust volume control. Easy to fit and program. But you do need a remote to program the panel. Easy to reprogram if you swap out the projector in the future too.

Yes and no if a product offers all of the functionality that one needs then there is not point in paying more money for a product to do the same job.

I see what your saying but from experience, I have installed around 60 pixie systems and had not a single failure. I have however heard a lot of complaints about high failure rates with the brand you mention with there in wall amp range. So if that is anything to go by.

I have several of the in wall amps installed here and not had a single failure but had several failures with the original promethean amps we had installed.

I've only got a couple of the TC IR units in use but so far not had a problem with these and CTL2 version has a lot more features then the 1 version and offer all the functionality of the pixie systems, with the TC modules you also get a pre-wired IR blaster and 2 more which are terminated with 3.5mm sockets to use when controlling multiple items at the same time.

Thanks for your comments though.
