Have used AMC for toners in a school and in a prior job, they're out and with me when said and they sort out dodgy cartridges pretty quick :) Nice guys too

Rule of thumb, if your printer is in warranty buy originals - from experience, it saves alot of hassle in the long run.

alot of compatible manufactures now do a 24 month waranty that covers the printer repair or replacement in the event a compatible damages them :) all we sell have this

In my experience proving what damaged the printer is pretty tricky. I have it first hand from a printer engineer that his company lost the business of a toner supplier after they were called to a job and found the toners were at fault and informed the customer of this.

yeah that can be tricky think were lucky as the brand we sell are there same day to sort and dont argue what caused it

we have had the opposite lol think its swings and roundabouts with compats but i would defo say that image excellence and perfectgreen are the best 2 for return rates and also the wty they offer

I use Spectrum too but tend to shop around too, the respec toners seem okay and the 88's work fine and are dirt cheap.

Recently have been buying from eBay especially older inks.. have got new printheads and a load of No11's last week for about half the retail cost.
