[ms office - 2010] To Do Bar In Outlook

Hi,

 

I am using outlook 2010. On the to do bar on the right hand side i can see my calendar items. That just the way i want it.

 

But is there a way to create something in the calendar that does not appear in this area?

The best you can do is make the appointment private and hide the details on the to-do bar. The appointment still shows up, but it's called "Private Appointment" and does not show details.

dam not really what i am after

 

Its just a slot for my lunch so it doesn't get filled by someone else with something else. Its just i dont want it showing the the to do bar as its pointless
