Has anyone had problems using Survey Monkey?

 

This school is involved in the Sleep Project Survey which on the whole works fine. However we are getting occurances where a student gets part way through the survey and it just stalls.

 

It's not a profile issue, there are no errors reported at our end. I've minimised the survey window and run youtube videos and visited other sites at the same time with no slowdown so does not seem to be an issue with the client or connections. It happens with random students at random times on random clients.

 

The survey takes around 30 min to complete which means we have not had the opportunity to get the student log off and restart the connection but I suspect it would work fine.

 

Other schools involved seem to have no problems. Is this just us or as anyone else had issues?

we have had problems with the site when i goes through our ISA server. It would stop and certain things not load. We bypassed the site not to go through ISA and it works fine

We're currently running a survey for parents at home (so no filtering in the way) and we've had a handful of reports of problems. Unhelpfully, most of them are just "it don't work", which doesn't narrow it down much, but it's probably fair to say it's not one ISP or machine causing the problems.

I did one for teachers recently and a few said the link didn't work. I'm not sure how hard they tried but they have moved to the bottom of the replacement laptop list.
